What
is SATA II?
Serial ATA (SATA) has been designed and marketed
as the replacement for parallel ATA, the most common disk drive interface
in home and office computers. SATA I drives and controllers are currently
available in many new desktop machines, however, improvements to the SATA
interface led to SATA II that is faster and more reliable. What's the
real difference between SATA I and SATA II? SATA II is better because
of three important features, port multipliers, port selectors and native
command queuing. These features provide outstanding improvements over
SATA I.

compatible only with SATAII enabled systems. |
What
type of desktop hard drive do you need?
After you select the type of computer hard drive you are upgrading

of different sizes. The type of size hard drive that you select depends
