We will refund your money or replace your product in any event that you are not fully satisfied. Substitution situations do not happen very often, but when they do, we will try to contact the customer via e-mail or phone before shipping, although it may not always be possible. Substitution will be done with items that are of equal specification, quality, brand and price whenever possible. If there is a price difference, Computer Memory Store will refund the difference and pass the savings on to you.
